Paul’s Promise (2022) Review

Paul’s Promise is set in the civil rights era of the 1960s. This is an inspiring true story of Paul Holderfield, former racist firefighter turn pastor started one of the first integrated churches in the American South. The movie tells of the hope and journey of healing in the troubled time of our nation’s history. This results in one man’s decision to serve God and stand up to injustice. Very inspiring movie. You have to watch the whole movie to really get the grasp of what’s going on. I really enjoyed the movie. The acting was real good, the story it tells is really gripping and to understand what people on the other side went through to change him into who he becomes is very inspiring. It’s a must see movie. I give it 3 stars. It’s an hour and 34 minutes long.
