Marcel the Shell with Shoes On. Between you and me I’m not a real big fan of the movie. It has a good story to tell but it just drags and drags and drags and the whiny voice coming out of the shell doesn’t make it any better. If you’re trying to teach a lesson to a kid watching the movie I would say okay but outside of that and the fact that it’s telling you a story about family and finding your connections in small corners and all that happy good stuff, I just wasn’t a fan of what I saw. It’s 90 minutes of dragging way way too slow. I’d give it a star to a star and a half at best. 1 hour and 29 minutes.
