After being resurrected by a sinister energy, Art The Clown returns to a town miles from nowhere targeting teen girls and her younger brother on Halloween. I have to say a little cheesy but actually entertaining. You have to take this with tongue in cheek. It’s kind of a little bit between the Halloween series and the slasher type movie. I’ll give it 2 and a 1/2 stars. It’s 2 hours and 28 minutes long.
