Till is a movie about a black boy out of Chicago who was being raised by his mother. Her son decides to go South to visit his cousin’s in Mississippi and on this journey down there he’s confronted by a woman. He makes a comment towards her and she basically goes ballistic and from there, the white folks go nuts on this kid and basically change his mother’s life forever by what they do to her son. This is done in 1955 when there was a lot of injustice against blacks. This movie is very moving. Really well done. I would not be surprised if she gets nominated for an Oscar for her performance and her son did a great job as well. I give the movie 3 and a 1/2 stars. It’s 2 hours and 11 minutes long. Really good movie. Highly recommended everyone go to see it.
