Ad Astra is a sci-fi movie based in the future about a son who’s going to find his dad because they believe his father is up to no good. The movie moves really slow and takes a while to get to the best parts. Really good acting by Brad Pitt, Donald Sutherland and Tommy Lee Jones. I would give the movie two to two and a half stars. Just moved way too slow for me. It could have been much better as a movie had there been more stuff happening then what was going on. I wish we would have seen more of Liv Tyler as I love her work. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen her in a movie. I say to Hollywood, you get some great scripts but sometimes you guys really need to think of how you’re putting these movies together because this could have been a way better movie had there been more going on in it!
