House of Gucci stars Lady Gaga, Adam Driver, Jared Leto, Al Pacino, Jeremy Irons and Salma Hayek. This is a movie centered around the famous Gucci family and what happened to Mauricio Gucci who got killed because of his marriage to Patrizia Reggiani. A really good movie. Yes it’s long but it needs to be to tell the story that is very involved between the two main characters. Phenomenal acting and really good performances by Adam Driver and Lady Gaga, both of which will probably get nominated for an Oscar. I think Adam Driver has a really good chance of winning. He did a really good job in becoming Maurizio Gucci. The story is involved. You get a little history of the Gucci family and the shoe line as well as other things they were involved in such as clothing and such. The whole story itself was quite involved and you need the movie to tell the whole story to understand what happened and why it is based on a true story. It does let you know most of what happened. I’m sure that there is Hollywood into the story but that’s what Hollywood does. They have to sell their movie and I’m sure there’s some twist from the original facts but it is very entertaining. I highly recommend you to see it. I give it three and a half to four stars. The movie is 257 minutes long.
