Minions: The Rise of Gru is a franchise. I have to say if you’ve seen the last ones this one is a little better. I like the story it tells of Steve Carell playing the main character who wants to be an evil villain and does his best to convince the minions he belongs to their gang. Like I said if you like this franchise you’ll enjoy this movie. It was actually halfway decent, The voiceovers are done really well. You got a few big names besides Steve Carell, Alan Arkin, Taraji P Henson, Dolph Lundgren, Russell Brand, Lucy Lawless, Jean Claude Van Damme and Danny Trejo. I give the movie two and a half stars. It’s an hour and 27 minutes long.
