The Forgiven stars Ralph Fiennes and Jessica Chastain. This is about a couple that go to a friend’s party in the Moroccan desert and upon driving to get there they come upon a kid trying to sell them precious artifacts. Ralph’s character has had quite a bit to drink. He hits the kid killing him and upon arriving at the retreat it then comes about that people start talking and find out what happens and then the family gets involved. Ralph’s character denies it at first and then has to confront the family and the rest as they say is the story. You’ll find it was an okay movie. It teaches you a lot about culture and doing what’s right. I give the movie two and a half stars. It’s an hour and 57 minutes long.
