Nightmare Alley is directed by Guillermo del Toro and stars Bradley Cooper, William Dafoe, Toni Collette, Richard Jenkins, Rooney Mara, Cate Blanchett and Ron Perlman. A really good movie. It’s about a man who stumbles on to the carnival scene and is trying to hide from his past. In the process he learns the trait of manipulating people as well as trying to be a mind reader. With the help of Toni Collette’s character he becomes really good at his craft. When he stumbles onto Cate Blanchett’s character and thinks his life is getting better, it just starts to spiral down. This is a really good movie with lots of twists and turns. This is your action adventure thriller. I give it three to three and a half stars. It’s 2 hours and 20 minutes long.
