Stillwater is about a dad who’s going to visit his daughter who’s in jail in Marseilles France for a murder she claims she didn’t commit. The dad gets tied up with trying to prove that his daughter is innocent so as to get her out of jail. I have to say the movie was very entertaining. It does keep you focused on the issues at hand as well as the Dad getting tied up in his own issues. I thought the movie was really good. Matt Damon does a phenomenal job of acting as well as Abigail Breslin and Lilou Siauvaud playing the child, does a really good helping to carry this movie. If you like these type of movies, I would say go see it. I would give it three stars. It is 139 minutes long.
